Before you checkout, please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions of sale:

1. You agree to specify a delivery address that is in our Delivery Zone. If your delivery address is outside of this zone we will have to cancel your order and charge you a credit card processing fee.
2. You authorize Details Nursery to charge your credit card at the time of placing your order, for the full amount of your order.
3. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify within 10 business days of placing the order. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your entire order within 10 business days and offer you a refund for the plants we cannot obtain, or offer alternative plants.
4. Refunds cannot be issued for any plants after they have been delivered to you.
5. You understand that the photographs of plants on this website are usually of mature plants, and not necessarily of the size that will be delivered to you.
